1. Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our products (sweets, bakery, and confectionery items), we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once the products have been delivered or collected in good condition.

2. Custom and Bulk Orders

For custom celebration orders, advance payments are subject to specific cancellation policies discussed at the time of order confirmation. Please contact us directly if you need to modify or cancel an upcoming order.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt at contact@shreejimishthanbhandar.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
